With long +10 years of experience, George has an amazing knowledge of both removable and fixed prosthetics, and also incredible staining techniques.

He works non-stop to ensure our lab is working perfectly for our clients and team.

Part of our team since 2023, Jordyn brings her clinical leadership and patient-focused experience into every aspect of lab operations.

 

She ensures everything runs smoothly day-to-day, coordinating between clients, dentists, and technicians. Jordyn is the go-to for case processing, deadline management, and follow-ups, ensuring our clients are satisfied.

 

Her talent for organisation and communication keeps our workflow seamless and our team supported, helping maintain a positive, efficient environment for everyone at iDD Lab.

Insu, the master behind our surgical guides, brings his expertise and passion for dental technology all the way from Korea.

After completing a 3-year dental technology program in Korea, Insu built his skills at Megagen Implant for 2 years. He then moved to New Zealand, where he has worked in digital dental laboratories for the past 3 years.

​

Insu plays a key role in our team, planning most of our surgical guides. His favourite part of the job is the satisfaction of perfectly matching a patient’s tooth shade. His precision and dedication make him an essential part of our lab family.

With over 11 years working as a dental technician, Mark has sharpened his skills over the past 4 years, specifically in crafting comfortable and functional dentures.

He works incredibly hard and has spent the last year diving into the world of CAD/CAM with 3Shape to improve the quality of his work. 

​

Skilled in traditional and digital methods, Mark brings dentures to life from start to finish. His dedication to learning new techniques ensures they're always exceptional.

With nearly 20 years of experience, Jowell brings deep technical skill and a sharp eye for dental anatomy to every ceramic case he handles.

His career has taken him across the globe, from six years in the US to work in the Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Bahrain, Indonesia, and now New Zealand.

Jowell is passionate about ceramics and highly proficient in both layered and monolithic zirconia techniques. He works confidently with materials like zirconia and e.max, and has crafted everything from single units to full-arch restorations and veneers.

Though he holds a finance degree, Jowell discovered his true calling in dental technology back in 2006, and he hasn’t looked back since.

With a strong background in dental technology, Mark brings excellent technical skill and a detailed understanding of dental morphology to every restoration he works on.

His career has taken him from the Philippines to the United Arab Emirates, where he gained extensive experience in digital design and ceramic finishing in high-volume dental laboratories.

Mark specialises in CAD/CAM design using 3Shape and is highly skilled in e.max and zirconia restorations. His work includes crowns, bridges, veneers, implant restorations and complex multi-unit cases.

With a diploma in Dental Technology, he is known for his precision, efficiency and strong collaboration with dentists and laboratory teams.
